- Up to two consultation sessions prior to your event to gather, plan and finalize the
details of your wedding day. - Pre-Wedding Day Project Management
- Review your vendor contracts to determine the type of product and/or service they
will be providing to you. - Provide you with professional vendor referrals, if needed.
- Contact vendors in order to their commitments and services
- Site inspection of ceremony and reception venue, if needed organize the day’s
schedule of events and ensure that everything runs efficiently.
Rehearsal Orchestration
- One hour of wedding rehearsal orchestration
- Organize your wedding party lineup and inform attendants of their responsibilities.
Wedding Day Orchestration
- Wedding consultant on the day of wedding
- Pick up and transport wedding accessories to ceremony and reception site prior
to wedding day , if needed - Ensure proper place of your wedding accessories (ceremony & reception) on day
of event - Wedding Emergency Kit
- Wedding day coordination-number of hours will be based on your specific needs
for the day
